【个人简历】
王伟，同济大学法学院助理教授、上海市人工智能社会治理协同创新中心研究员，香港大学法律学院哲学博士（PhD），研究方向涵盖知识产权法、数据保护、算法治理与科技政策，兼及人工智能、网络安全与数字化转型的法治研究。其学术兴趣聚焦于法律、创新与可持续发展的交叉议题，尤其关注“全球多数世界”（Global Majority）自动化与智能化社会中的科技治理问题。
王博士现为香港大学法律与科技研究中心驻院（访问）研究员，巴西瓦加斯里约法学院科技与社会中心非常驻研究员（网络金砖项目），以及南非纳尔逊-曼德拉大学非洲网络法与网络犯罪预防中心荣誉研究员。王博士的研究成果发表于《Computer Law & Security Review》、《Journal of Al Law and Regulation》、《The African Journal of Information and Communication》与《网络与信息法学研究》等国内外期刊，并在剑桥大学出版社、牛津大学出版社、施普林格出版社与劳特利奇出版社等国际学术出版机构出版的多部英文专著中发表章节。同时，王博士参与《人工智能示范法（专家建议稿）》系列撰写与研究工作，相关中、英、法、西语版本由中国社会科学院等机构发布，并多次在海内外学术场合介绍，积极推动关于中国人工智能治理体系的国际对话。
王博士曾获太平洋电信理事会新锐学者奖、波兰国家学术交流局PROM奖学金、乔治梅森大学巴斯夏奖学金、教育部国家奖学金等多项荣誉。其学术交流足迹遍及欧洲、亚太、拉美与非洲，曾在联合国互联网治理论坛（IGF）、世界知识产权组织（WIPO）、世界贸易组织 （WTO）、巴黎人工智能行动峰会（Paris Al Action Summit）、国际数据保护会议 （CPDP）、世界人工智能大会（WAIC）等重要国际组织举办的活动和相关国际会议上发表演讲。
王伟博士兼具工学与法学背景，是英国高等教育学院认证副会士（AFHEA），联合国互联网治理论坛数据与人工智能治理动态联盟成员，全球互联网治理学术网络（GigaNet）入选会员，亚洲隐私学者网络 （APSN）入选会员。
