The Rule of Law Forum Was Held Successfully

On May 28th, Tongji University held the first Rule of Law Forum on Promoting the Modernization of National Governance System and Governance Ability on the Track of the Rule of Law, in order to in-depth study and implement President XI Jinping's theory on the rule of law, and cultivate high-quality rule of law with both morality and law. Legal talents are expected to promote the innovative development of the theory of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.

Mr. CUI Yadong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the Shanghai Law Society, and Prof. FANG Shouen, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tongji University attended the forum and delivered speeches respectively.

More than 200 people including audiences from Shanghai Municipal Committee for the Rule of Law, well-known scholars in the legal circles in Shanghai and across the country, experts from the legal practice circles, teachers and students of Tongji University attended the forum as well.
