一、项目介绍
1、招收专业：法学
2、招收对象：身体健康的非中国籍公民；境外高水平大学在读博士研究生（须通过留学生办公室完成网上报名并通过资格初审）
3、进修期限：6—12个月，修读完毕后可取得由法学院颁发的高级进修项目的非学位证书。
4、学习语言：英语
5、学生需自行安排校外住宿。
二、申请时间
秋季学期：3月10日—5月31日（当年9月入学）
春季学期：9月10日—11月30日（下一年2月入学）
三、申请材料
1、申请者个人普通护照复印件（个人信息页）。
2、博士研究生在读证明复印件或公证件。
中英文以外文本的证书需提供中文或英文翻译件的公证件。文件公证件需由中国驻外国使领馆或外国驻华使领馆提供。
3、全部课程成绩单复印件或公证件。

4、明确的学习研究计划书。
5、推荐信2封。
申请高级进修需提供两位副教授或相应职称以上的学者的推荐信原件（需写明推荐人的联系方式）。
6、语言能力证明。
本项目为英文授课和交流：
新TOEFL成绩不低于80分，或IELTS成绩不低于6.0，或有英语为大学学习期间学习语言的相关证明。英语为母语者免提交英语语言能力证明。如无英语成绩证明，需通过同济大学法学院组织的英语面谈。
除上述申请材料外，必要时我办可要求申请者提供补充材料。在线申请时需上传全部申请材料，无对应项目的材料请上传至补充材料一栏。
开学来校报到时，请携带相关证书及证明材料原件以备查验（具体要求将列入《报到须知》随录取通知书一并寄出，届时请关注。）一旦发现材料造假将取消入学资格。
四、申请方式
第一步：在线申请。
登录同济大学网上报名系统http://study-info.tongji.edu.cn，完成网上报名。
第二步: 在系统提示支付报名费时，可先不缴纳。
五、奖学金申请
学生可以申请学校的奖学金资助，具体由学校和学院审核。奖学金的标准为：1万元人民币/月，包括每月的生活费、住宿补贴以及一次性国际旅费、研究补贴等。
六、费用标准
1、与同济大学签订合作协议的校际交流项目的学生，可以根据协议互免报名费、学费。校际交流学生需由所在院校向同济大学法学院提出推荐名单。
2、未与同济大学签订合作协议的进修生，按以下标准缴纳学费。
学费：2050元/学分；每个学期至少按8个学分收费（即使不参加任何课程学习，仍需按缴纳相应学费。）
保险费：400 元（人民币）/学期
（学费及保险费在报到注册时缴纳）
七、录取流程
1、学生申请前可与法学院相关专业老师进行联系。
2、同济大学招生录取采取资料审核制，笔试或面试环节由法学院组织。学校将根据学生情况综合评定，择优录取。
八、录取报到
1、请申请人注意，在提交申请后，务必定期查看申请系统内的站内信和申请状态，严格按照学校的信息提示完成每一步骤的操作，未及时查看通知耽误后续流程，申请人责任自负。
2、请随时关注网申系统中本人的申请状态，如被录取，申请状态会变为录取状态。 录取两周后陆续寄发录取通知书及其他录取材料。
3、被录取者应持普通护照、《同济大学录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（DQ或JW202表）前往中国驻外使（领）馆办理入境学习签证，并持上述材料，按通知书上规定的时间到同济大学办理入学报到手续并上海市公安局出入境管理局有关规定办理居留证件。

Admission Notice on the Advanced Training Program
for International Doctoral Students at Law School of Tongji University
I. Introduction of the program
1. Major of enrolment: Law
2. Recruitment Objects: Non-Chinese citizens in good health; doctoral students from overseas high-level universities (who must complete the online application through the International Students Office and pass the preliminary qualification examination)
3. Duration of further training: 6-12 months, upon completion of which a non-degree certificate of the advanced training program issued by the Law School is obtained.
4. Language of study: English
5. Students are required to make their own arrangements for off-campus accommodation.
II. Application period
Autumn semester: 10 March-31 May (enrolment in September of the current year)
Spring semester: 10 September-30 November (entrance in February of the following year)
III. Application materials
1. A copy of the applicant's personal ordinary passport (personal information page).
2. Copy or notarised certificate of doctoral studies.
Certificates in languages other than Chinese and English require notarised copies of the Chinese or English translations. The notarised document must be provided by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in the foreign country or by the foreign Embassy or Consulate in China.

Original letters of recommendation from two scholars with the title of Associate Professor or equivalent or above are required to apply for advanced training (contact information of the referees should be stated).
6. Proof of language proficiency.
This program is taught and communicated in English:
A new TOEFL score of not less than 80, or an IELTS score of not less than 6.0, or relevant proof that English is the language of study during university studies. Native English speakers are exempted from submitting proof of English language proficiency. If there is no proof of English language achievement, you need to pass the English language interview organised by Law School of Tongji University.
In addition to the above application materials, the Office may request supplementary materials from the applicant if necessary. Please upload all the application materials when applying online, and upload the materials without corresponding items to the Supplementary Materials section.
When you report to the school at the beginning of the school year, please bring the original certificates and supporting documents for inspection (the specific requirements will be included in the "Guidelines for Reporting to the School" and sent with the acceptance letter, so please pay attention to it at that time). Once found that the documents are false, the admission qualification will be cancelled.
IV. Mode of application
Step 1: Apply online.
Log on to the Tongji University online application system at http://study-info.tongji.edu.cn to complete the online application.
Step 2: When prompted to pay the application fee, you may not pay it in the first place.
V. Scholarship applications
Students can apply for scholarship assistance from the university, which is examined by the university and the college. The standard of the scholarship is RMB 10,000 per month, including monthly living expenses, accommodation allowance and one-time international travelling expenses and research allowance.
VI. Cost criteria
1. Students of intercollegiate exchange program who have signed a cooperation agreement with Tongji University may be exempted from application fees and tuition fees according to the agreement. Intercollegiate exchange students are required to submit a recommendation list to the Law School of Tongji University by their host institutions.
2. Advanced students who have not signed a co-operation agreement with Tongji University shall pay tuition fees according to the following standards.
Tuition Fee: RMB 2050/credit; at least 8 credits per semester (even if you do not attend any program, you will still be required to pay the appropriate tuition fee).
Insurance Fee: 400 Yuan (RMB) per semester

VII. Admission process
1. Students may contact the relevant professional teachers of the Law School before applying.
2. Admission to Tongji University adopts a data review system, and the written test or interview session is organised by the Law School. The school will make a comprehensive assessment based on the student's situation and select the best candidate for admission.
VIII. Admission and check-in
1、Please note that after submitting the application, applicants must regularly check the application system and the application status, and strictly follow the school's information prompts to complete each step of the operation, and the applicant is responsible for not checking the notification in time and delaying the subsequent process.
2、Please pay attention to the status of my application in the online application system at any time. If you are admitted, the application status will change to the admission status. Acceptance letter and other admission materials will be sent two weeks after acceptance.
3. Those who are admitted should go to the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) abroad to apply for the entry study visa with the ordinary passport, the Notification of Admission to Tongji University, the Application Form for Visa for Foreign Scholarly Personnel to Come to China (Form DQ or JW202), and with the above materials, go to Tongji University for the enrolment procedures and apply for the residence permit according to relevant regulations of the Exit-Entry Administration of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau in accordance with the time stipulated in the notification.
