Dr. HE CHI

Dr. He Chi

Dr. He Chi is currently an Assistant Professor at the Law School of Tongji University, where he also serves as the Deputy Director of the Sino-German Institute of International Economic Law.

Dr. He earned his doctoral degree from the Institute of International Law at Peking University, specializing in Public International Law, International Economic Law, and International Human Rights Law. His recent research has focused particularly on comparative international law, with a special emphasis on the German practice of international law.

He has held visiting scholar positions at several prestigious European institutions, including University College Dublin, Helsinki University Law School, and Oslo University Law School. Dr. He also maintains active academic collaborations with scholars from Humboldt University Law School and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law.

He has authored a number of academic articles in both Chinese and English.
