Event｜The 2022 Annual Conference of the Corporate Governance Research Sub-committee of the Chinese Behavioral Law Society and the 5th China Corporate Governance High-End Forum

On January 20, the “2022 Annual Conference - The 5th China Corporate Governance Forum” of the Corporate Governance Research Subcommittee of the China Behavioral Law Society was successfully held at the venue in Shanghai and online. The forum was co-organized by Tongji Law School and the Corporate Governance Research Subcommittee of China Behavioral Law Society, hosted by the Tongji Economic Rule of Law Research Center, and co-organized by WELEGAL.

With the theme of “Chinese Modernization and Corporate Law Development”, this forum focuses on the change and development of corporate law, innovation of corporate finance and securities rule of law, integrity and compliance construction, digital economy development and regulation, and other important issues, and takes this opportunity to help the revision of corporate law and the study of legal issues of corporate governance. At this forum, guests gave keynote speech and discuss in subunits respectively.

At the forum, President Huiling JIANG read out the decision of Tongji Law School to hire Tianquan CHENG and other famous experts as special researchers or special experts of the Economic Rule of Law Research Center, announced the awards of the essays, and unveiled the plaques for the China (Yangtze River Delta) Corporate Governance High-End Forum and China (Yangtze River Delta) Corporate Governance Research Base.
