Highlights | Seminar on “Underlying Logic and Legal Risk Pre-control of Data Governance” Held in Tongji

On September 25th, 2022, the seminar “Underlying Logic and Legal Risk Pre-control of Data Governance” hosted by Tongji Law School and Shanghai Collaborative Innovation Center of AI Social Governance was held in Tongji University. JIANG Huiling, dean of Tongji Law School and director of the Collaborative Innovation Center, and SHI Weidong, vice president of Shanghai Law Society delivered speeches at the opening ceremony. Nearly a hundred experts, scholars and students from universities, research institutes, legal practice departments, data industry and other fields all over the country participated in the seminar online or onsite. The seminar was organized by the Criminal Law Research Center of Tongji Law School, Tongji Law Clinic, and co-organized by Hui Ye Law Firm.
