News | Tongji Law Students Can Take the “Foreign Rule of Law Series Courses” Taught by YANG Liangyi

Recently, the Public Legal Service Administration of the Ministry of Justice issued a document encouraging the Public Legal Service Administration of the Department of Justice (Bureau), the Arbitration Office, the arbitration commissions to organize legal talents to participate in the “Foreign Rule of Law Series Courses” hosted by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission and the Shanghai Institute of Political Science and Law and designed and lectured by YANG Liangyi, an internationally renowned arbitration expert.

The class of 2019 and 2020 undergraduate students of Tongji Law School can apply for accreditation of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Capacity Expansion Project by completing the “Foreign Rule of Law Series Courses” from September to November this year. Yet for graduate students the credits will not be considered, Tongji Law School encourages graduate students to take this series courses to learn and consolidate foreign legal knowledge and obtain a “certificate of completion”.
