ABSTRACT
This book aims to build a theoretical framework for studying selective administrative enforcement, conducts an empirical study on the judicial practice in China, and systematically organizes the classic jurisprudence of U.S. courts on selective enforcement. The book also discusses the motives of selective enforcement in China from a cross-disciplinary perspective, and analyzes specific ways to regulate selective enforcement from the perspectives of legislative regulation and judicial review.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Pei HUANG, man from Zhejiang, is currently an associate professor at Tongji Law School. He has a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Law from Zhejiang University School, a Doctorate in Law from Wuhan University, and a Postdoctorate in Theoretical Economics from Zhejiang University. His research interests focuses on administrative law, administrative law enforcement issues, economic analysis of public law, and administrative regulation of the digital economy.
