A Lecture Given by Prof. Chen Chunsheng at Taipei University

On September 23 rd , 2019, Prof. Chen Chunsheng , a Professor of l aw S chool at the University of Taipei,  was invited at Tongji Law School.   He was  the  former  vice president of Taipei University and the former Dean of L aw S chool of  the University of Taipei .   He gave a lecture on " The Reformation of Administation Law under Global Risky Society Background ". More than 60 students attended at the lecture .

 

 

At the beginning of the lecture, Prof. Chen Chunsheng pointed out that under the background of the global social risk, we have been working on nuclear safety, AI, and large number of new technologies. And we have been trying to make sure that the administrative legal system needs to be reformed.

 

The lecture has lasted about three hours. Both students and teachers enjoyed this mini academic discussion. Issues put forward at the discussion section were highly enlightening.
