The forum is co-organized by the National Experimental Comprehensive Base of Intelligent Social Governance, Shanghai Collaborative Innovation Center for Artificial Intelligence Social Governance of Tongji University, Shanghai Science Center for Autonomous Intelligent Unmanned Systems of Tongji University, and China (Shanghai) Digital City Research Institute. The forum aims to address the potential ethical, legal and governance risks and challenges of the development of intelligent technology, build a fair and standardized digital governance ecology, explore ahead of time the operation mode, laws and regulations, standards and norms, policy systems, institutional mechanisms, etc. of the intelligent society, and promote the development of responsible artificial intelligence for the benefit of the intelligent society and the better life of human beings.
