Tongji Rule of Law Forum Focuses on the Pre-mediation Reform and Judicial Confirmation System

On November 25th, Tongji Law School, Shanghai Law Society’s Multivariate Dispute Resolution Rule of Law Research Association, China Commercial Mediation Development Cooperation Mechanism and Shanghai Economic and Commercial Mediation Center co-sponsored the Practice Base signed and unveiled ceremony, and a seminar on "Expansion of Judicial Confirmation Scope and Pre-mediation" was held successfully.

Mr.SUN Jianping, Chairman of the Shanghai Economic and Commercial Mediation Center, and Prof.JIANG Huiling, Dean of Tongji Law School, delivered speeches on behalf of the organizer at the opening ceremony.

After the seminar, the opinions provided by the participating experts will be collected, compiled separately, and provided to relevant departments for further considerations.
