Combining with his own personal experience of working as a part-time lawyer, Prof.WANG vividly introduced different types of judicial styles, pointing out that the transfer of judicial styles originated from different social time and space, and widely existed in civil law systems and common law systems in various forms.\

During the Q&A session, he interacted with teachers and students, and responded patiently to the questioners one by one. He believed that the Chinese legal circle as a whole is very active, but it lacks the ability to innovate independently. He encouraged that “In the future, we need to work hard on independent creation as China has a very deep cultural heritage, and we should take the essence and apply it to the forming of the rule of law.”

Finally, Prof.JIANG summarized the lecture and gave three advices to the young legal students: First of all, focus on the study of jurisprudence, which is the basis of the legal profession; Secondly, focus on the study of justice, which is the key to the rule of law. Last but not the least, put legal research in the social, historical, and international environment, and try to come up with new knowledge and novel ideas. The lecture ended successfully with a round of applause.
