Subject Competitions of Tongji Law School

I. Shanghai College Students’ Moot Court Contest

Representative teams of Tongji Law School have participated in the last five years’ competitions, being the champion for once and winning the second place for twice.

II. CIETAC CUP International Commercial Arbitration Moot

Representative teams of Tongji Law School have participated in this moot court since 2017. Also, the teams have won the third place in 2018 and participated in the Vis (East) Moot in 2019 for the first time.

III. “Lianheshixin Cup” Moot Court Competition of Xiamen University

Representative teams of Tongji Law School have participated in this moot court since 2016 and was one of the top 8 teams in 2019. Many team members have won individual prizes as well.

IV. “Nanzhong Zijin Cup” Moot Court Competition

Representative teams of Tongji Law School participated in this moot court in 2017 and won the third prize as well as the best written documents award.

V. “Jinfachui” Moot Court Competition

Representative teams of Tongji Law School participated in this moot court in the last four years, winning the best attorney award and the best written documents award.

VI. International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition

Representative teams of Tongji Law School participated in this moot court in 2020, winning the first prize in English language edition and the second prize in Chinese language edition.

VII.  The Red Cross International Humanitarian Law Moot Court

The representative team of Tongji Law School has already signed up for this competition and will compete with 41 teams nationwide including which from Peking university and Tsinghua university.
